As part of our work effort RCHA's Principals will assist in the selection of and coordination of the efforts of other project team members including: architects, construction managers, FHA mortgage bankers (if applicable), underwriters, and other needed personnel to complete the project.

RCHA plays a key role in helping the hospital size their project in accordance with what is affordable and with the heath care needs of the hospital's service area. In addition, RCHA will serve as a sounding board for all issues related to the design. In general, RCHA is the owner's representative during the planning, development, financing and implementation stages.

Over twenty-five years of experience in planning, developing, financing and implementing major capital improvement projects has prepared RCHA's principals to provide the knowledge necessary to move the hospital's project forward in a timely manner while avoiding the pitfalls along the way. There is no substitute for experience.
